Ok so let's say the deal is at the leasing committee by now. 

I takes from January 14 to June 22 to get the lease.

We got their credit application on the 1/22/2014 and we turned it around in a few days.

Henry,

I submitted the financials to our credit department but they will not complete the process without the guarantor's wife signing the credit release form. I have attached the form. All she has to do is complete the signature, address and ss #. They said that they wouldn't be able to make a recommendation without it so we have to get this. Thanks for your help.
