100’s of acres of land have been purchased in the past in the
name of Economic Development. This is not an unreasonable request
considering the task at hand for your organization.
Pizza Pub should not be crushed is this situation. The three deals McClure Real Estate, LLC has brokered with West Ridge Mall, LLC it has taken an
average of 8.67 months to complete the lease signing process. We do not have
that kind of time on our hands and can't afford to have the bureaucratic system
keep running the liability meter.
Leveler heads at the Mall and Go Topeka can sort this out on
your own time frames.
