Paul Katz - 317-997-9651 --- make an offer

Paul Katz is NO stranger to Topeka - He developed the Target Center across the street from the mall. Paul is leasing the West Ridge Mall and has a fully equipped sit down pizza restaurant for lease.

Pizza Pub - For Lease call Paul Katz - 317-986-8524

We have our own entrance and can operate all hours.

All storefronts are created equal.

The above drawing was produced by Bryan Falk. We need this so the new Freezing Rolls will not leak.

I will be asking the City of Topeka to help me with this projects storefront.  I believe it is only fair if there is a program to incentivise  new storefront it should NOT just apply for downtown.  I have a dream of renovating the mall. The mall should be equal to downtown. The Mall vs. Downtown must end today.

The best bang for retail development is the wanamaker corridor and the Mall deserves equal treatment. This space is where the security office is today. We have a plan to locate the new security office next to Jock's Nitch Sporting Goods - while you are at Jock's Nitch look at the new mural!!

It is NOT a secret that Victoria is expanding her store across the hall.

Did you know Mel Simon's Company had to pay for the improvements to  21st street from Wanamaker to I-70 and Wanamaker from 17th to 21st Street?

Yes he did in a benefit district. The mall has paid it way over time. Time to invest back into the mall to protect the taxbase.

Today
